Everyone from the sales team to the install crew did a top notch job. Our boiler went out unexpectedly over Christmas, and Mike bent over backwards to help us get warmed up quickly and affordably. The crew showed up promptly, were very polite, and left no evidence of their visit aside from the new boiler- no mess, no damage. Very appreciative of the Davis crew for a job well done.
We greatly appreciate Michael and Jacob doing the plumbing project in our home. We couldn't be more pleased with their very professional work. From the first day to the last day, they were very courtious, took the time to check-in with us, and made our house available each evening before they left so we could take showers and use the bathrooms. They worked quite hard the whole time and kept the project progressing well. The are men of integrity and we felt very comfortable and assured their work behind walls, under counters, and in the ceiling were top quality. We would easily go back to Davis for future projects because of them. We would highly recommend them and Davis Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. Thank you Michael and Jacob for a job well done.
Ryder spent over five hours at my elderly parents’ home resolving a sewer backup. My mom is very high-energy and outspoken, and my husband and son stepped in to help navigate the situation while I kept my dad occupied at my house.

Ryder handled everything with extraordinary patience, professionalism, and respect, especially considering all the chaos and personalities involved.

He never rushed, never complained, and delivered truly quality service for my parents. We are so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him.
Ryan did an outstanding job. He was pleasant and professional. Ryan took the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. His work was amazing and efficient. We will be using Davis again for our future HVAC needs. Thank you for your wonderful work.
Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he worked hard to resolve our generator issue. He was very thorough and came back as promised to install the ordered part. Very happy with our service and will continue to use them in the future.
Two days before Thanksgiving I learned that I needed to replace my 20-year-old furnace...before the coldest holiday in recent history!! Davis repairmen arrived on the day before the holiday, and because of a defective factory part, worked until after 7pm to ensure that I had heat.
They returned after Thanksgiving, and even the next week to ensure that my thermostat was calibrated to the correct temperature.
Not only did I receive exceptional service from the installers, Travis and the service department manager stayed with the project until all was working properly.
Thank you, Davis!
Emergency water leak under the house. on a Saturday eve and I called and Michael was on call and came. Right out . Gave an estimate and fixed the issue plus letting me know what else needs done . Appreciate him taking time away from family to come straight out an hour or so away. Thanks Michael Cantrell. Plus Ethan N. Also had to come out the same evening to check why the power went out in one room and half of another. He found the issues and replaced the problem and also let us know what else was wrong that we put on our 2026 to do list in January. Thanks so much. The electric was a hard one we were stumped 🤔 but he figured it out and fixed it. Thank you both for coming and staying late into the evening to ensure we now fixed both plumbing and electric issues until next time we will see you soon to upgrade our pipes and electrical work. When you have a home . It's best to up keep it that's what I told my husband. Thank u guy's you are appreciated. And once again same issue with the electric and Davis to the rescue. Thanks Ethan for coming back out and finding the issue and fixing it once again.
Michael from Davis is awesome! He's the real deal. Punctual, super friendly, very skilled, and really cares about doing the job right. He went above and beyond and made the whole process stress-free. I'll definitely ask for him for future plumbing jobs. Thanks Michael! Great job!
Travis just left our home after working on our HVAC system. I've never had a technician be so thorough or thoughtful in explaining the process with updates or progress and outlining all options for dealing with our issue. We were experiencing overwhelming musty and moldy smells coming from our HVAC in our new house. I had another company come clean the system and they were done in 30 minutes and the smell didn't change. Travis listened to and understood my concerns about the smell and took them seriously. He disassembled our unit and THOROUGHLY cleaned the coils and the inside of our HVAC system and resolved issues that we didn't even know we had. Very appreciate of the attention to detail and the understanding. Appreciate you, Travis!
The water heater was off on a Saturday and after trying some things, it still wasn't working. I called Davis and was informed they consider a water heater issue as an emergency and would send over a technician (after hours fee applies). Ryder called when he was about 35 minutes away to notify me he was on the way. He arrived on time, covered his shoes and we talked about the issue and the Davis customer satisfaction process to keep me informed from the beginning. Ryder resolved the issue and got the water heater up and working due to his knowledge and expertise! Later in the afternoon the temperature / pressure valve failed unexpectedly and Ryder returned to investigate further and also determined the expansion tank was waterlogged. So, rather patching an old water heater, a new one would be the best route. Ryder stepped up and obtained the new one and installed it, which meant working late into the night. Ryder knew we needed the hot water so the family could get ready for a funeral visitation service on Sunday and he went above and beyond to ensure that the water heater would be ready. I would call Davis again if I had a need. Thanks to everyone at Davis!

Why You Should Consider Repiping Your House

Repiping your home might seem like a big undertaking, but the benefits far outweigh the initial hassle. Old pipes, especially those made from galvanized steel, can corrode over time, leading to leaking pipes and water damage. This not only affects your home’s water quality but can also result in costly repairs down the line.

By investing in whole-house repiping, you are opting for a long-term solution that addresses frequent leaks, low water pressure, and rusty water. With new pipes, you can rest assured, knowing you have a reliable and efficient plumbing system that improves your water flow and overall home comfort.

What Does Repiping a House Entail?

Repiping involves replacing the old pipes in home plumbing systems with new ones. This process can vary in complexity depending on the size of your home and the condition of your current plumbing system. Here’s a general overview of what to expect during the repiping process:

Assessment and Planning

The first step is a thorough assessment of your existing plumbing system. Our plumbers will inspect your pipes, identify any significant issues, and create a detailed plan for the repiping project. This plan will include the type of materials to be used, such as PEX or copper, and a timeline for the project.

Installation

Once the plan is in place, the old pipes will be removed, and the new ones will be installed. This process typically involves opening up walls and floors to access the existing pipes. Our qualified technicians will work efficiently, keeping any disruptions to your routine to a minimum. After the installation, the new system will be tested to guarantee everything is working correctly.
