Davis Heating and Cooling provided excellent service from start to finish. The cost of the new Heat Pump system was competitive with the other 4 estimates I received from competitors. Their reputation and 0% financing made the difference and won the sale. I was given the estimate on a Tuesday, and the installation was completed that Thursday, that was remarkable, considering all I hear about the supply chain. Dennis and Sampson (the Installation Techs) were very professional, they busted their butts on a very hot day in an attic that was probably well over 100 degrees and very humid. I would highly recommend Davis and will use them again.

Jonathan once again did a great job not only maintaining our HVAC system, but responding to our need for a thermostat replacement. Communication is key, and Jonathan walked us through the setup and operational procedure. Our Heating and Air Conditioning unit was not cooling, we called Davis and they responded the next day. The technician, Brandon, was very professional and knowledgeable of the situation. We decided to put in a new system because ours was old, so Kevin came out and help us to make a good decision and choose a system that would best work for us. Kevin was extremely nice, and he did not pressure us into a system with him. He gave us several options for systems and financial options. The installers, Christian and David came the next day and put in our system. Those young men got the job done in one day. They were persistent to get our system in and running. Christian made sure I understood our system and he was very patient to make sure I didn't have any unanswered questions. They made sure no mess was left behind in nor outside of my home. I had a new system installed within 3 days, that is amazing, we really thought it would take weeks. Thank you Davis for such great customer service!

From initial meeting to job completion what could have been an unpleasant experience turned into quite a pleasant one. My central air had stopped working. I was apprehensive about having the work done because I have had such bad experiences with service companies, especially the ones which are more sales rather than service oriented. Daniel was the HVAC person who initially looked at and evaluated the problem with the central air. He gave me several options, but also was clear about how old the unit was (23 years old) and that the best option would probably be to replace the unit. Dakota came out and spoke with me about options available where replacement of the unit was concerned, letting me know they also offer financing which was a blessing. I didn't have to do all the leg work of finding my own financing. It was a quick and painless process. The unit was installed the next working day by Jonathan and Eddie. In the midst of all that my outside faucet was leaking and I needed it replaced. The person who did this work was Louis and he completed the work in less than an hour. All the work done on the central air and the plumbing was done well and efficiently, but what impressed me the most was, without exception, each of these people were knowledgeable, well spoken and knew their craft, but more than that they were kind, caring, amiable and respectful of me and my home. I felt like I made new friends. I would highly recommend Davis for your service needs.

Davis always takes good care of us. They do yearly maintenance on our hvac system and recently installed a water filtration system in our home. This is our first experience with Davis Heating. Our technician, Joshua, did an outstanding job in diagnosing our problem and explaining the problem and solutions. Both my wife and I understood what he presented which helped us make our decision. Our 40 year old furnace needs replacing and Brent did an excellent job telling us all of our options. He was very thorough and easy to deal with. Another person who needs to be recognized is the person who answers the phone at the shop. She was very courteous and efficient and led me to believe the she works for a good business. Our new furnace is to be installed tomorrow and we are comfortable with our decision.Within 26 hours, we went from learning we needed a new furnace to having it professionally installed and running smoothly. Installer, Cameron, and his apprentice, Conner were excellent. They were competent, efficient, courteous and finished the job in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with how Davis Heating runs their business and they will be the first ones we call in the future.

This is an excellent heating, cooling, and air company! I have been patronizing them for years. Today, a team member named Jonathan B. replaced the blower and blower wheel on our gas heater. He also installed a filter grill. We were having trouble with the fan being loud and a sound that happened when the heat cut on or off. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled. He was also cheerful and very polite. He thoroughly checked each part of the system and fixed all of our concerns. Thanks Jonathan!! We look forward to having you service our system in the future.
