We had our sewer line in our basement backed up and tried calling a few different companies to come out and fix it. Being that it was on a Sunday nobody wanted to come out. We ended up getting a hold of Davis who sent out James. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going to do. He did an amazing job and by the end of the night we were good to go. When James was done he also brought some towels and spray and cleaned up the mess that he made from the job he did. The next day Davis sent over a gentleman by the name of Dakota who ran a camera through our sewer lines. He was there to see why our sewer backed up. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on the job he was there to do. Between James and Dakota it was determined that because of where my house sits at the bottom of two Hills. When it rains we get all the rain water backing up the sewer lines. We ended up needing a check valve installed which meant that a crew needed to come over to our house and cut the concrete in my basement and dig out the stone to get to the sewer line so they could install this check valve. Victor and Hunter showed up and did an amazing job. They were very professional and tried to keep everything clean for us by putting plastic up. Another gentleman by the name of Will came over to give Victor and Hunter help on the job. Between the three of them they were able to get the job done and get it done fast. They brought in a vacuum and vacuum the floor, then they swept the floor, and then they swiffered the basement floor to try to get it as clean as possible. They also wipe down the Walls around the area they were in. From start to finish Davis did an amazing job. If there is any Plumbing work that you need done I would definitely give them a call.
