I am starting to see a pattern at Davis company. Extremely kind and talented team. What was estimated to be a 2-day project was knocked out in a day. We got everything squared away before the storm came in and with time to spare. Thank you, Hunter, Victor, and Wes for a job well done!

Mike Farris was by far one of the best salesman I’ve ever met and we purchased a pretty awesome ac system and new furnace the process was very smooth and a easy process if I had to choose them all over again I would very friendly installers as well I love our new unit !! If your thinking about going with them do it don’t hesitate it’s beyond worth it ❤️‼️

Sam had been here last month to help with a flooded basement due to a non working sump sump. After pumping out the water, he left suggestions for fixing the situation. I decided to install a new pump. Sam came today and did just that. Efficient, timely. It was good to

Most excellent work. Travis clearly knew what he was doing. This was a complete re-plumbing of my house. He quoted three days and did it in three days. Every step of the way my questions were carefully answered and I was encouraged to watch and see what was done. Things like vents for sewer lines were added that I didn't even know I needed (and they made a difference!). Travis was pleasant (even with my dog) and cleaned up everywhere he worked when done. Not always sure how to pick service people, but I must say I got really lucky. I 100% recommend these guys.

Sam, Damien, and Ryder were very proffessional. Me and my wife loved of how quickly these guys were able to respond and get the job done. We had a lot water damage being done to our kitchen floor and if we had waited any longer. It could've been disastrous. They were all still young and full of spirit and motivation to get the job done right. With how much crawl space work these guys did, please make sure to give these guys some extra credit. They deserve it. I will 100% recommend Davis to anyone as even if they got something wrong. They'll claim full responsibility. Very good business code to go by! Other businesses could learn a thing or two about proper work culture from these guys!

We received amazing service from the Team at Davis! The service manager Jonathon was quick to respond to our issue and got us into their schedule in just a couple days. The installers Daniel and Joseph worked quickly and quietly, and left our space cleaner than they found it. Very happy with the experience.

I am happy to have selected Davis for my heating, plumbing, and air conditioning at Smith Mountain Lake. So far, Davis has done three jobs for me, and I am satisfied with the results and pricing. In particular, Daniel and Isaac did a great job installing a new HVAC for me. They are hardworking, knowledgeable, and very efficient as a team. Again, I am glad to have access to Davis in my area and would select them again with 100% confidence. Update: More great work from Davis. Michael solved a difficult plumbing issue by re-routing the outdated pipes in my old lake cottage, a complicated job that saved me from having to re-plomb the whole house. Again, 100% happy and confident with Davis' experts!

After calling for HVAC service (for no A/C) for our recently acquired 25 year old system, we received a quick response from Davis. Our first tech Chris came out, trouble shot the no A/C issue, and repaired the improperly wired thermostat right away. He gave us an estimate on the needs of the current system that he saw but suggested a consultation for a complete review as it was a lot to invest in an older system. A few days later, Mike came out and offered multiple options to update our two systems, including financing opportunities (I need to emphasize there was never any pressure offering "today only" pricing, been through that before!). We were fortunate, the systems we chose to upgrade with, Davis had in stock (one dual fuel & one heat pump) and within a week crews were available to install.
Fast forward 5 days; the original plan was for a two day install, one for each floor. The day before day one install, Davis staff called and asked if they could do both units in one day? Worked for us! The install crew(s) that arrived were on time as scheduled, all were very polite, each one made sure they introduced themselves, and they focused on their work and finished all the work within their scheduled 8 hours. I cannot praise them enough, no mess or any debris left behind, they even vacuumed the carpet in the bedroom where the attic access is.
We are happy with Davis services and are pleased to recommend them to others!

Sam and devin were awesome! Explained in detail and advised the best options. Even came back the same day to do minor adjustment as my preference! Would recommend to anyone.

Damian, Devan, and Michael replaced our 10-year-old water heater with a new Navien tankless unit and installed a Water Right Impression Plus water softener. Our hard water was taking a toll on our faucets and appliances, so they installed a new kitchen faucet and a fridge water line at no charge for labor. Highly professional and detail oriented. They were also very clear in explaining the new equipment and regular maintenance. It’s great to contract with such skilled and personable plumbers.
