Joshua was an incredible technician. Timely and incredibly knowledgeable. He was thorough, patient and answered all our questions regarding how our new thermostat works, the overall heating system and even checked an additional item associated with the unit under our house. Follow up with Dakota to evaluate our options for our 30+ year old system was scheduled quickly and was very professional. A walk through was performed that detailed all the installation processes. Material availability was noted at the time as being a potential issue. Another project required a change to the work order and required an additional site vist. All this was handled by Dakota as well as creative solutions to material availability. Installation was well organized and the team was able to quickly pivot on a small filter issue.
