Here’s What Defines Davis

Anyone can learn the trade and call himself or herself a contractor. But at Davis, it’s about much more. It’s about honoring the name and legacy that our founders worked so hard to build. It’s about growing and changing with the times to benefit our customers. And at the end of the day, it’s about making your space comfier, safer and more enjoyable for the years to come.

Davis was originally founded by W.D. Davis as Davis Sheet Metal, then in 1988, the company was under the direction of grandson Ben Parcell as a third-generation company. Since 2014, the company has been led and owned by Chris Bishop, continuing with the same practices that we instill family values into everything we do. Integrity, dedication and professionalism are what define Davis and keep us moving forward as both a company and a family. We are proud to always do right by our customers and be the team that people know they can trust through it all.

Outside of work, we’re also a proud sponsor of our local community. A portion of our proceeds in October are donated to breast cancer awareness and we hold contests with donations being made to local charities in the winners’ names. We also enjoy sponsoring local high school athletics and are privileged to help support the places we call home.

Amazing experience using Davis today! Matthew came out after I had a concern with my thermostat! He checked it and also checked everything else for me as well! Gave me great advice on some things for the future, and answered every single question I had for him (which was a lot haha!) I was given multiple options on how I wanted to proceed with any issues he found. He was very honest and the prices they have are BEYOND fair! Each price I was given included the labor and service call fee and was still very fair! Overall this company turned a stressful time into a stress free time and put my anxiety at ease! Two days before Thanksgiving I learned that I needed to replace my 20-year-old furnace...before the coldest holiday in recent history!! Davis repairmen arrived on the day before the holiday, and because of a defective factory part, worked until after 7pm to ensure that I had heat.
They returned after Thanksgiving, and even the next week to ensure that my thermostat was calibrated to the correct temperature.
Not only did I receive exceptional service from the installers, Travis and the service department manager stayed with the project until all was working properly.

Emergency water leak under the house. on a Saturday eve and I called and Michael was on call and came. Right out . Gave an estimate and fixed the issue plus letting me know what else needs done . Appreciate him taking time away from family to come straight out an hour or so away. Thanks Michael Cantrell. Plus Ethan N. Also had to come out the same evening to check why the power went out in one room and half of another. He found the issues and replaced the problem and also let us know what else was wrong that we put on our 2026 to do list in January. Thanks so much. The electric was a hard one we were stumped 🤔 but he figured it out and fixed it. Thank you both for coming and staying late into the evening to ensure we now fixed both plumbing and electric issues until next time we will see you soon to upgrade our pipes and electrical work. When you have a home . It's best to up keep it that's what I told my husband. Thank u guy's you are appreciated. And once again same issue with the electric and Davis to the rescue.
