Everyone from the sales team to the install crew did a top notch job. Our boiler went out unexpectedly over Christmas, and Mike bent over backwards to help us get warmed up quickly and affordably. The crew showed up promptly, were very polite, and left no evidence of their visit aside from the new boiler- no mess, no damage. Very appreciative of the Davis crew for a job well done.

We greatly appreciate Michael and Jacob doing the plumbing project in our home. We couldn't be more pleased with their very professional work. From the first day to the last day, they were very courtious, took the time to check-in with us, and made our house available each evening before they left so we could take showers and use the bathrooms. They worked quite hard the whole time and kept the project progressing well. The are men of integrity and we felt very comfortable and assured their work behind walls, under counters, and in the ceiling were top quality. Ryder spent over five hours at my elderly parents’ home resolving a sewer backup. My mom is very high-energy and outspoken, and my husband and son stepped in to help navigate the situation while I kept my dad occupied at my house.

Two days before Thanksgiving I learned that I needed to replace my 20-year-old furnace...before the coldest holiday in recent history!! Davis repairmen arrived on the day before the holiday, and because of a defective factory part, worked until after 7pm to ensure that I had heat.
They returned after Thanksgiving, and even the next week to ensure that my thermostat was calibrated to the correct temperature.
Not only did I receive exceptional service from the installers, Travis and the service department manager stayed with the project until all was working properly.

Emergency water leak under the house. on a Saturday eve and I called and Michael was on call and came. Right out . Gave an estimate and fixed the issue plus letting me know what else needs done . Appreciate him taking time away from family to come straight out an hour or so away. Thanks Michael Cantrell. Plus Ethan N. Also had to come out the same evening to check why the power went out in one room and half of another. He found the issues and replaced the problem and also let us know what else was wrong that we put on our 2026 to do list in January. Thanks so much. The electric was a hard one we were stumped 🤔 but he figured it out and fixed it. Thank you both for coming and staying late into the evening to ensure we now fixed both plumbing and electric issues until next time we will see you soon to upgrade our pipes and electrical work. When you have a home . It's best to up keep it that's what I told my husband. Thank u guy's you are appreciated. And once again same issue with the electric and Davis to the rescue. Thanks Ethan for coming back out and finding the issue and fixing it once again.

Travis just left our home after working on our HVAC system. I've never had a technician be so thorough or thoughtful in explaining the process with updates or progress and outlining all options for dealing with our issue. We were experiencing overwhelming musty and moldy smells coming from our HVAC in our new house. I had another company come clean the system and they were done in 30 minutes and the smell didn't change. Travis listened to and understood my concerns about the smell and took them seriously. He disassembled our unit and THOROUGHLY cleaned the coils and the inside of our HVAC system and resolved issues that we didn't even know we had. Very appreciate of the attention to detail and the understanding. Appreciate you, Travis!
